F45 North Beach family, it is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of one of our beloved members, Mark Tollers. Mark was a foundational member at F45 North Beach and completed over 1500 classes since joining our gym in 2020. He was a kind, gentle soul and a ray of sunshine every morning at 7 am. He inspired our members every day not only through his hard work and energy during class but also through direct challenges and encouragement to push harder or try something new. He was a crucial member of our community and we will miss him dearly.
To honor Mark and make an impact on his behalf, we are hosting a fundraiser for the Face It Foundation, an organization founded to help men understand and recover from depression, and reduce the rate of male suicide. They are the only organization in the country to provide free men’s support groups, one-on-one peer support, outreach events, public education, and training for mental health professionals. We are inspired by the work they do and appreciate the impact they make on men every day.
We’d love for you to honor Mark by contributing to this cause with a donation of any amount — a donation, big or small, can make an impact on someone going through mental health struggles.
