Get Moving Fitness!

An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Sunday, repeating until February 2, 2020
Join us for a 5-week restorative fitness class designed to improve the ease of your daily movement through ten basic exercises that build strength, balance, and spinal flexibility. Meet the exercises at where you are today, and progress through variations until you arrive at the level you desire. Increase the capacity of your breath, your mental focus, and get your blood flowing. Based on the century old system built by Joseph Pilates and outlined in his book “Return to Life through Contrology”.
This class is led by Face It volunteer David Hannah who nearly completed a teacher training program through the Pilates Center of Boulder. David has taught for a total of 120+ hours and before starting that program, he’d taken over 300 hours of private Pilates lessons and at least 200 hours of mat and equipment classes.
